What we shipped

A busy summer. Here is the short version of where the platform is heading.

Journal

You are reading it now. The new journal is a card feed that scrolls nicely on phone and desktop, with categories and article search.

Chat

Buyer and seller messaging now runs in real time. Messages arrive instantly with a read status.

Catalog search

We added beta filters: discounts, verified sellers, seller type and promoted listings. Search got sharper by denormalizing these flags into the index.

What is next

• Subscriptions and seller shops
• Smart recommendations in the feed
• More automation in promotion
